Logging Services

At High Mountain Resources, we specialize in logging on private land. Parcels can be anywhere from 5 acres to 500 acres or more. We provide all of the knowledge and equipment necessary to do your logging with quality workmanship. We cover all expenses associated with cutting, yarding, loading and trucking of the timber. There is usually no up-front, out-of-pocket expense to the landowner.

Remember that you are the boss. Which harvest method we use depends on your goals, the type of ground that you have and what you want it to look like. From thinning, to clear cutting, to targeting designated species for harvest, we tailor the logging method to fit your goals and desires.

Slash Piling

Slash piling is always an important component of the harvest. Generally we will machine pile adequately to help with the replanting process. Landings are machine piled also. We attempt to make all piles dirt free and easily burnable, although we do not participate in the burning process.
